It Ends with Us
It Ends With Us is not the romance you might think it is, and I think that’s why it hits so hard. This book is heavy, but for a reason. It’s more about recognizing patterns and making really difficult choices than it is about falling in love.
There were moments that made me uncomfortable and emotional, because the situations feel very real and not at all simple. The story doesn’t give easy answers or paint anyone as purely good or bad, which honestly made it harder to read but also more meaningful.
By the end, I understood why so many people connect to this book. It’s about choosing yourself even when it hurts and when the choice isn’t obvious. Definitely not a light read, but one that sticks with you because it reflects real life more than a fairy tale.
