A Court of Silver Flames

 #4)

A Court of Silver Flames is definitely not for everyone, and I think that’s kind of the point. Nesta isn’t written to be likable, and this book doesn’t try to soften her pain or rush her healing. It’s heavy, messy, and sometimes uncomfortable, but it also feels very real.
Watching Nesta hit rock bottom and slowly work her way back up was hard to read at times, but also really powerful. Her journey focuses more on surviving and rebuilding than on being redeemed for other people. The romance is a slow burn and feels more about mutual growth than one person saving the other, which I really appreciated.

This book hits differently depending on where you are in life. For some readers, it’s frustrating. For others, it feels deeply relatable. Either way, it’s emotional, intense, and one of the most personal books in the series.
