You Shouldn't Have Come Here
This book creeps up on you. It’s not loud or full of constant shocks, but the atmosphere is so uncomfortable that you’re on edge the whole time. The isolation really gets under your skin, and I loved how small changes in behavior start to feel huge as the story goes on.
The setting plays a big role and honestly makes everything feel more intense. Being stuck in one place with people you’re not sure you can trust adds to the paranoia fast. I kept questioning everyone and everything.
It’s a quick read that stays tense from start to finish. If you like thrillers that focus more on dread and unease instead of nonstop twists, this one does that really well.
