The kind of voice that makes morally questionable behavior sound… persuasive. He completely understood the character and leaned into it without overdoing it, which made the listening experience insanely addictive.

Cruel Intentions thrives on tension and power plays, and the audiobook makes all of that feel sharper. The chemistry simmers rather than explodes, which I appreciated. Every interaction feels intentional, like a chess move instead of a rush to the finish. The FMC holds her own, and the dynamic between them is built on control, curiosity, and mutual intrigue rather than instant softness.
