Rock Paper Scissors
This book is super twisty and kind of stressful in the best way. The tension between the couple is uncomfortable right from the start, and it feels real enough that it made me uneasy while reading. You can tell their marriage is falling apart, and that tension really drives the whole story.
What I liked most is how often the story messes with your head. Just when you think you know what’s going on, it shifts and makes you question everything again. I kept thinking okay, I’ve got it now… and then nope, not even close. The twists kept coming, but they didn’t feel random. Everything was paced really well, and by the end I was genuinely surprised and still thinking about it afterward. If you like psychological thrillers that keep you guessing and make you feel slightly unhinged while reading, this one is definitely worth it.
