Tempted by Danger
Tempted by Danger really leans into that back and forth that makes dark romance so addictive. The attraction is instant and intense, and you can feel the pull between the characters right away. It’s not a slow start kind of book. Once it gets going, you’re in it.
What I appreciated is that the characters know what they’re getting into. They’re not clueless or pretending the situation is safe. They’re fully aware of the risks, and that makes every decision feel heavier and more frustrating in a realistic way. You’re constantly thinking you should walk away while also understanding why they can’t.
The chemistry is strong, but it’s the emotional tension that really carries the story. The longing, the bad choices, the constant push between wanting more and knowing better. It’s messy, intense, and exactly what you expect from a darker romance.
If you like books where the characters are drawn to each other even when it’s clearly a bad idea, Tempted by Danger definitely delivers
