The Woman in Cabin 10

This one is all about vibes and paranoia. The setting does a lot of the work. Being stuck on a luxury cruise with a small group of people where something feels very wrong is what really pulls you in.

The main character is already dealing with anxiety and self doubt, so when she thinks she witnesses something terrible and no one believes her, it gets frustrating fast. And honestly, that’s kind of the point. You spend most of the book questioning whether she’s right, imagining things, or being manipulated.

I won’t lie, parts of it can feel slow and repetitive, especially with the constant “no one believes me” loop. But if you like that claustrophobic, isolated feeling where you don’t know who to trust, it works really well.

It’s not the twistiest thriller out there, but it’s tense and atmospheric. I’d recommend it if you enjoy psychological thrillers where the setting and the mental unraveling matter just as much as the mystery itself.
